Abstract

The comparison function has been violence in the country's different historical cycles allows differentiation of political violence with respect to criminal and interpersonal violence.
Indeed, the analysis of political violence in their macro and micro dimensions, during the twentieth century, lets see how the cycles of violence have varied according to the institutional capacities of the political regime to institutionalize conflict resolution without such decision represents a full state monopoly of legitimate physical violence.
